WARRANTY STATEMENT

FWD warrants that it will provide replacement for any drive axle assembly that fails during normal use on which the unit was originally installed. FWD extends this warranty to the owner of the vehicle provided the ownership of the vehicle has not changed since the installation of the FWD drive axle assembly. This warranty does not apply to a FWD drive axle assembly which has been altered, misused, installed improperly, installed on a race or high performance vehicle or in a fleet appplication. This warranty applies only to FWD driveaxle assemblies whose boots are not torn or damaged. The boot itself is warranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, which-ever occurs first.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The sole responsibility of the manufacturer pursuant to the terms of this warranty, if any, shall be limited to the replacement of the product as indicated above. In no event shall FWD be responsible for misuse, improper installation, labor claims or any consequential damages for personal injuries or damages to property.
